Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 10 September 2026
What you can buy, and where
FormCourt is free to install and free to use for three analyses a month. Beyond that there are two subscriptions — $12.99 a month, or $79.99 a year with the first week free. They are bought inside the app, through Apple, so this website is never a checkout and no payment is ever taken here.
Apple is the seller
Subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple takes the payment, issues the receipt, and handles refunds under its own policy. We never see your card.
How to cancel
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FormCourt → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or it renews. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep Pro until the period you have already paid for runs out — cancelling does not shorten it and does not, by itself, refund anything.
How to ask for a refund
Refund requests go to Apple, not to us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides, and its decision is final. If something in FormCourt itself went wrong — you were charged twice, a purchase did not unlock, a restore failed — write to support@formcourt.com and we will help you put the case to Apple, and fix whatever caused it.
Free trials
The annual plan includes a one-week free trial. Nothing is charged on the day you start it. It converts to a paid year automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, which you do the same way as any cancellation, above. A trial is offered once per Apple ID.
If a payment fails
Apple retries a failed renewal, and FormCourt keeps Pro switched on while it does — a billing grace period of 16 days on renewals of an already-paid subscription. Fix the payment method in your Apple ID settings inside that window and nothing is interrupted. If it is not resolved, the subscription expires and the account returns to the free tier.
If you are in the UK or the EEA
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. That right can be waived when the content is made available immediately, and the App Store asks you to agree to immediate access at the point of purchase — so in practice Apple's own refund process is the route to use. Statutory rights that cannot be waived are not affected by anything on this page.
